Ocean Ridge HOA is hiring for a General Manager to oversee the homeowners association. Seeking a qualified candidate to manage a Large Scale community in the Sea Islands of South Carolina with the following job responsibilities:

• Project Management
• Manage Maintenance Requests
• Community Governance
• Resolve Resident Concerns
• Work closely with Board of Directors
• Contract Management
• Neighborhood Inspections
• Maintain Financial Budget
• 4 – 5 Days Per Week
