What Callie discovers in the middle of a hurricane will put everyone at risk -

Ordinarily Chief Callie would have more than a passing interest in the kidnapping of a young girl from the same Charleston college attended by her son. But with a hurricane bearing down on Edisto Island, she has more than enough on her plate getting everyone she can off the beach, including moronic tourists or 'tourons' desperate to get themselves killed for the thrill of riding out a hurricane.

Amidst gale winds and flooding, she'll be the last off the island. Just like always. Or that's the plan.
