Edisto Beach State Park
Happy New Year! What a better way to start off your New Year than a walk on the beach? Come join park staff as we look for fossils, shells, birds, and other treasures of the beach.
Details:
The hike is free with paid park admission.
Be sure to bring water, binoculars, insect repellent, hiking shoes, and a camera if you desire.
Don't forget to bring a bag to pick up some of the great shells and fossils we may find. The fairly easy walk is 3 miles total and will take about 2 hours.
Make sure to dress for the weather!
