Description
Join us for a review of the five most common classes of medications with a board certified pharmacist! We will be reviewing the following:
Blood Pressure Medications
Blood Thinners
Cholesterol Medications
Diabetes Medications
Mood Medications
After the review you will have an opportunity to sit with the pharmacist to review all of your medications and ask questions!
If you would like to participate, please bring a current medication list (including supplements and over the counter medications!) or the medication bottles or packaging for pharmacist review.
