DESCRIPTION:You're invited to Edisto Island Preservation Alliance's Annual Meeting at Sunnyside Plantation! Bring your neighbors and enjoy food and refreshments!  A catered meal will be served after the presentation -- $10.00 for individual members.\n\n\n\nOur featured speaker this year is Myles Cohen\, past president of the recycling divisions of two of the largest packaging and recycling companies in the nation. He will share his perspectives on the state of recycling and how to improve the effectiveness of packaging and recycling.\n\n\n\nA working draft of a new community vision was unveiled in 2025. Come learn about next steps as EIPA collaborates with community partners\, including an exciting partnership with DNR & the Edisto Environmental Learning Center at the Edisto Beach State Park to do much needed renovations/improvements to the Center.   \n\n\n\nCome and meet the Edisto partner organizations who will be working together to keep Edisto the special place it is.
