DESCRIPTION:There will be a Covid-19 Booster Shot Clinic at Edisto Beach Town Hall 2414 Murray Street\, Edisto Beach\, SC  29438 on Tuesday\, August 9\, 2022. 1pm-2pm\n\nPharmacist Jay Watts will be administering  Pfizer  (Comirnaty)  and Moderna (Spikevax) Covid-19 doses for individuals aged 12 to adult.  These vaccines are the same Moderna and Pfizer vaccines as previous doses.  They now have FDA-approved brand names.\n\nThere is no out-of-pocket cost for shots\, but please bring Driver's License\, Prescription insurance card\, and Medicare Card (if applicable).\n\nThe first booster shot may be administered 5 months after the completion of the primary 2 shot series to all age groups.\n\n A second booster may be administered to individuals over 50 years old 4 months after receiving their first booster shot.\n\n If you have had Covid-19 illness recently\, you should wait at least 10 days after feeling better to get boosted.
